Registration paths: what is actually confirmed
TikTok Shop Vietnam supports both sellers with a Vietnamese business registration and cross-border sellers. The official fee page, however, does not differentiate between the two — the same fee structure applies to both, which means the fee schedule itself is not what varies by registration path.

- The official Seller Center states no registration or setup fee. Fees only apply once orders happen: the Platform Commission Fee, the Transaction Fee and the Order Processing Fee.
- What exactly is the seller fee?
- As of March 2026, Marketplace sellers pay 2.00%–16.00% by category (default 14.00%); Mall sellers pay 1.50%–19.80% (default 16.00%). It varies by the exact product category being sold.
- Is the transaction fee different from the commission fee?
